Eligibility

Applicants must have a minimum of 40,000 followers on any one public platform — for example YouTube, Bilibili, Instagram, TikTok, or a comparable channel we can verify.

Meeting the follower minimum does not guarantee acceptance. VILOSTUDIOS reviews skill, creative fit, available partnerships, and whether you are suited for the program. We may accept, waitlist, or decline applications at our discretion.

What you get

By joining the Creator Program you may take part in collaborations with VILOSTUDIOS Branch B and our partners. We plan productions with you, open collaboration opportunities, and support the visuals side so work can ship at a professional level.

Participants may also benefit from sponsorship opportunities we route your way, merchandise drops with agreed revenue splits, and visual content and advertising placed across VILOSTUDIOS channels.

Program opportunities are offered at our discretion and may change as projects and partner needs change.

Outside of songs and projects we produce with you under this program, you remain independent — these terms do not claim ownership of your other music, channels, or work.

Distribution ownership

Distribution ownership applies only to the specific song (and its related music video / campaign assets) that VILOSTUDIOS has produced with you for that collaboration.

For that song and those related deliverables, VILOSTUDIOS owns distribution. We publish, host, and place the work across the channels we run for the collaboration.

Jointly produced music videos may also be published on YouTube using YouTube’s collaborator (or equivalent) features so the work can appear on your channel as well. YouTube advertising revenue from those placements goes entirely to you — VILOSTUDIOS does not take a share of YouTube ad revenue.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, distribution rights for that jointly produced release stay with VILOSTUDIOS. They do not extend to your other songs, catalogs, or independent releases.

Profit share

The 30% profit share applies only to that specific song / project we produced with you — not to your other work or income as an independent creator.

VILOSTUDIOS takes its profit share from streaming and digital music platforms for that collaboration — including Spotify, Apple Music, and comparable DSPs — unless a project brief states a different split. We do not take a share of YouTube advertising revenue from collaborator or related video placements; that ad revenue stays with you.

Merchandise drops tied to the program may include a separate agreed split on merch revenue for that drop.

“Profit” means net amounts received by VILOSTUDIOS for that project after direct third-party costs tied to that release (for example platform fees, paid ads, or manufacturing when applicable), unless a project brief states a different calculation.

Creative freedom

You keep creative freedom in how you perform and present — within the brief and instructions from clients or partners on the project.

Final delivery for partner or client work may require approvals. Reasonable revisions requested to meet the brief are part of the collaboration.

Creative work for VILOSTUDIOS must not use AI in production. See Site Policy — Artificial intelligence and creative integrity. Exceptions there for VST / music-production tools, administration, and development do not authorize generative AI for video, motion, art, or other creative deliverables.

Promotional content

Promotional content may be added to the project (cuts, posts, trailers, campaign assets) as part of distribution and partner needs for that specific collaboration.

Visual content and advertising for the collaboration may run on VILOSTUDIOS-owned or operated channels as part of promotion for that release and the Creator Program.

VILOSTUDIOS may use your name, likeness, and credits reasonably associated with that project to promote the release and the Creator Program.

Leaving the program

You can back out of the program anytime. Songs and related releases already produced and published with VILOSTUDIOS stay under VILOSTUDIOS forever for those specific works — distribution rights and published releases for them do not revert.

Leaving ends future program opportunities; it does not unwind completed joint releases or remove that published work from our channels. Your independent work outside those collaborations remains yours.

Acceptance

By applying to or participating in the Creator Program, you confirm that you have read these terms — including the 40,000 follower minimum, review of skill and partnership fit, program benefits (sponsorships, merch splits, and VILOSTUDIOS channel promo), that the 30% DSP profit share and VILOSTUDIOS distribution ownership apply only to each specific song / project produced with you, that YouTube ad revenue from collaborator placements stays with you, that you otherwise remain independent, that those jointly published works remain under VILOSTUDIOS permanently, and our ban on AI in creative production (Site Policy).

If a signed deal memo or contract conflicts with this page for a specific project, that written agreement controls for that project only.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how VILOSTUDIOS (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on the Branch B site (vilostudios.com and related pages).

We aim to collect only what we need to run the site, respond to you, operate accounts and the store, and improve the experience.

Data we collect

Contact and creator applications: name, email, handle, links, message content, and optional demo files you upload.

Accounts: email address, authentication data (such as verification codes and session cookies), and account activity needed to keep you signed in.

Store and orders: product selections you make on this site. When you check out, payment, shipping, and order details are collected by Fourthwall on their checkout pages — not by VILOSTUDIOS on this site.

Usage: page views and basic technical data (such as browser type, approximate region from IP, and timestamps) used for analytics and security.

How we use data

To respond to contact and creator applications, operate accounts, show store listings, send verification codes, and maintain site security.

To understand which pages are used and improve Branch B content and products.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us run the site (for example hosting, email delivery, and database services), under obligations to protect it.

Merchandise checkout is operated by Fourthwall. When you buy through our store links, you leave this site and provide purchase information directly to Fourthwall under their privacy practices and terms.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of VILOSTUDIOS, our users, or the public.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies or similar storage for signed-in sessions and basic site function.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break login or protected pages.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above — for example while your account is active, while an order or application is relevant, or as required for legal and security records.

Demo uploads and contact messages may be retained for review and then deleted or archived according to our operational needs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing.

Music distribution

℗ VILORECORDS is responsible for music distribution over music platforms such as Spotify and others.

VILOSTUDIOS Branch B focuses on music videos, visuals, and related creative work. Sound recordings and DSP placement for label releases are handled under ℗ VILORECORDS unless a project agreement says otherwise.

Branch B

This site is the Music Video Department of VILOSTUDIOS (Branch B). Visual campaigns, creator collaborations, and store drops on this site are operated by VILOSTUDIOS Branch B.

For label, release, or distribution questions about audio on Spotify and similar platforms, refer to ℗ VILORECORDS.

Acceptance

By using this website you agree to this Site Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Creator Program participants are also bound by the Creator Program Terms.

Use of the site

You may browse public pages for personal, non-abusive use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape at abusive rates, probe for vulnerabilities, or misuse forms and uploads.

Accounts are for authorized users only. Keep your login details confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, text, video, audio, and other materials are owned by VILOSTUDIOS or our licensors unless marked otherwise.

You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse our content without prior written permission, except for ordinary browser caching or sharing links to public pages.

Store

Store listings on this site are promotional. Checkout, payment, sales tax / VAT, shipping, and fulfillment for merchandise are handled by Fourthwall, which acts as Merchant of Record for those purchases.

For catalog merchandise printed and shipped by Fourthwall’s partners, Fourthwall handles payment disputes and chargebacks with the payment networks. Contact Fourthwall support for order, shipping, refund, or billing issues on shop purchases.

Listings, prices, and availability may change. Products remain subject to any license or usage notes stated at purchase.

Submissions

If you send demos, messages, or applications, you confirm you have the rights to share that material and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

Submitting material does not create a paid collaboration unless we agree in writing. We may decline or ignore submissions without explanation.

Submissions must comply with our Artificial intelligence and creative integrity rules below.

Artificial intelligence and creative integrity

VILOSTUDIOS does not tolerate AI usage in production at any capacity regarding creative processes. This includes generative AI for video, animation, illustration, motion design, writing for creative deliverables, voice, likeness, and similar creative output.

Exceptions: VST plugins and tools used for music production, and tools used for administration and development, may be used where they support those non-creative or technical workflows.

We only use AI at the logging and management level of our operations (for example internal logging, admin, or operational management systems). AI is not used to create or replace Branch B creative production work.

We will not tolerate clients, partners, and/or talents using AI or machine training for creative work delivered to, for, or under VILOSTUDIOS Branch B. That includes training models on our material, or submitting AI-generated or AI-assisted creative work as if it were human-made production.

Breach of this policy may result in rejection of submissions, termination of collaborations, removal from programs, and other remedies available to us.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VILOSTUDIOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these policies. The date or content on this page will reflect the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
